Install MarginEd Walker · Project Pro LLC installmargin.com
Executive brief · October 2026

Use what you have. Keep what you know.

Execution readiness for America's existing nuclear fleet. U.S. nuclear plants are now being licensed to run 80 years under subsequent license renewal.1 The people who know how to keep them running will not be there for all of it: the industry needs an estimated 376,000 additional workers by 2050.2

Install Margin applies nuclear-proven execution doctrine so that the existing asset, from its major components and its supply chain to the knowledge in its people's heads, is never wasted.

Three themes

Existing Asset First

Subsequent license renewal drives aging management and major component replacements. These are once-a-career jobs that depend on fabricators, OEMs and qualified crews. Use and protect what you have before buying new.

Knowledge Transfer and Retention

Know what walks out the gate when people leave: written, hands-on, relational and once-a-generation knowledge. Measure it, assign successors, and prove the transfer before the outage.

Execution Certainty

Evidence gates before commitments. Clear owners, honest stop points and readiness proven ahead of the work, not discovered during it.
